Our society has mainly focused on things like economical growth and GDP to assess our wellbeing. These areas have seen major improvements in many countries. But why is it that more and more people are feeling depressed? Why is it that the term burnout represents such a  big issue nowadays? Why is it that a question like “How can I be happy” ranks among the top research on google? How can we make a consciousness shift to really, really enrich our lives and have a more enjoyable journey here on Earth? We have definitely missed something. Through readings, courses, discussions, personal experiences and other ressources, I plan to give some insights related to the previous interrogations. This is the main purpose of this blog.
